...Yeah.
Yeah. I hear you.
I hear you Nutritionist Lady.
But look:
There are over 5 jars of Peanut Butter for any possible occasion in the cupboard and...
...
... Sorry, what was that? Be specific?
Well there's
toast,
sandwich,
spoon,
celery
apple
and cracker.
Some people drink, some smoke, some people go crazy with chocolate or sweets or cheese... but basically peanut butter is my thing. It is like being a wine connoisseur. I'm a peanut butter connoisseur. Self proclaimed, yes, but a devotee and expert nonetheless.
And I'm okay with that.
So I respect where you are coming from but it's just not going to happen...

ReplyDeleteI see no problem with five jars being around! You go girl!
ReplyDeletePlease say then you have been to Peanut Butter & Co. in NYC. Ohhhh the delicious riches of the goober pea that await you...
ReplyDeletethat's like me an olive oil. and my roommate does the same thing with varieties of honey :)
ReplyDeleteI would certainly have the same reaction.
ReplyDeleteMatt: Almond butter-- pffft!
ReplyDeleteLaura: Why thank you and you go too!
Emily: I have not. Take me please.
Mark & Matthew: glad to know other people are as crazy as me. :)
When I lived in Britain I had my mom send me giant boxes filled with Skippy and Reese's. Good protein, I always tell my Nutritionist Lady. I've since moved on from Skippy to grander PB's (http://www.scojuice.com/products/peanut_butter/dark_roasted_crunchy), but I can't get away from the cups...
ReplyDeleteI am literally eating peanut butter on an apple right now. And the other day I baked a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, decorated with pb cups!
ReplyDeleteYum! :)
ReplyDeleteand Al... um... *ahem* http://www.zingermans.com/Product.aspx?ProductID=P-BUT
